The finished products are widely used in floor flat, after make embossing of the sheet, it will increase the strength between the steel and concrete, thereby increasing the floor of the fastness.

The metal deck produced by floor decking roll forming line has high strength with big wave length. It adheres well to concrete.

Used on high building, it not only saves steel mold plate, but also reduces the weight of storey. With the same bearing capacity, it economized steel and cuts down investment accordingly.

Packing and shipping

Standard export packing and delivery
1. Main body of roll forming machine and decoiler is nude packing.
2. Rollers, shafts, PLC, pump and cutter are packed with water-proof plastic film, Spare Parts in carton box.
3. One set of machine needs a 20'container to shipping.
