Common faults in the various holes on the surface of the Bulldozer body:
(1) Fuel tank cap vent This hole is used to adjust the air pressure to ensure the air pressure inside and outside the tank is balanced. If the hole is blocked, a vacuum will be formed in the fuel tank, which will result in insufficient oil absorption of the oil pump, making the engine difficult to start or power down.
(2) Crankcase filler cap vent This hole is used to remove the exhaust gas from the crankcase and to dissipate heat. If it is severely blocked, the crankcase pressure and temperature will be too high, and the oil will leak from the oil pan seal or the fuel filler port, and the oil will be thinned and oxidized.
(3) The vent hole on the gearbox is used to adjust the air pressure to prevent the internal pressure of the transmission and the temperature from being too high. If the hole is blocked, the operating temperature of the gearbox will increase, and the gas will expand, causing the internal pressure to be too high, which may easily cause the gearbox to leak oil.
